Background information

Microscopic analysis is a way to observe the inside of the metal composition and  the types of organization composition and their relative amounts,  size, shape and distribution characteristics by using high-end analysis equipment ( such as optical microscope and electron  microscope) .Material performance depends on the  state of the internal organization, and the organization depends on the chemical composition and processing technology, heat treatment is a key process to change the organization's method, so the microscopic analysis is an important means of material and heat treatment quality inspection and control.Microscopic analysis involves many sample types, including the metallurgical and geological samples, electronic materials, ceramic and microscopic analysis of various kinds of surface contaminants.
